THE LADY BOSTONS

All of our girls are chosen for the breeding program for different reasons.  The main criteria is great health history.  Many of our girls go to our very "old" lines that I have been selectively breeding from for over 25 years.  This old line goes all the way back to a dog many "boston" people will recognize.. the great champion  "EL BOWS SHOWMAN".  You will also notice that many of our girls are "TOPPER" daughters which brings his fantastic pedigree into the mix.  When "new" blood is added--it is chosen for bloodlines with pedigrees I know and appreciate.  I must have health history on any girls I add to the program. Meet our girls below.

DEE DEE

Dee is the mother of our wonderful champion GIGGS...She is also the mother of our little girl KIPSIE who is showing now and doing very welll...one year behind her big brother.  Both Giggs and Kipsie owe much of their good breeding to the SAN JO lines, but Dee Dee had a big hand in their success also!  Dee is the result of my old line and the TOPPER line... as Topper is her father and she is one of my best girls.  At the rate her offspring is going she will likely achieve her ROM status soon. (meaning mother of 3 champion offspring or more) Dee's most important job tho is sleeping with my 7year old every night as she is "his" dog.

She is now retired from breeding, but her bloodlines are living on through her offspring. When this picture was done (by HIGHLAND PHOTOGRAPHY and our good friend CARL WHEELER) Michael insisted that Dee Dee be in the picture with him!

KIPSIE

Kipsie is our girl from Dee Dee and the great champion "CH SAN JO'S KEEPER OF THE PEACE"--owned by my good friend Sandie Friend.  She started out at Bryn Mawr in June of 2010..and first time out she took winners bitch! We are SO proud of her.  She has continued to WIN nearly every time she shows.   Kipsie is  now over a year old and she is a delight in every way!  She and my little Frenchie Cee Cee have become best friends and enjoy hanging out ---in and out of the show ring. Kipsie is, in my opinion, one of the best girls I have produced  that goes back to my "old" lines.  Below is one of the pictures taken by Highland Photography AND Kipsies latest win with my young son Michael!  They made a great team that day and Judge Jackie Stacy seemed to like them both ;)

This picture is another taken by HIGHLAND PHOTOGRAPHY and my friends Carole and Carl Wheeler!

JETTA

Jetta is our little Jasper's daughter!  She had a beautiful litter of puppies in the summer of 2011 to our champion Giggs and we were VERY pleased with each and every puppy. One of the females from her litter went to a Maryland show/match just to enter the costume class for fun, as the owner had no real "show" plans. The puppy made such an impression with the other Boston people that her owner was encouraged to enter her in the match also.  With no training of either Owner or puppy, the puppy ended up winning "best bitch" in the match and Second best puppy in the match!  Needless to say the owner is now going to show the puppy.  Jetta is now bred to Giggs for the second time.. puppies expected in March.. so if all goes well ready in May of 2012.

MOLLIE

Mollie Mae is a lovely TOPPER daughter and she also boasts ties to the San Jo line.  She has had three exceptional litters so far and several of her puppies are showing on the circuit now.  She is a beautiful girl who is producing better than herself.  She is also personality PLUS and she gives THAT to her puppies also.

"Kanuck's Hug me I'm Hanna"

Hanna is a "KANUCK" girl and from the "Hug me" respected line of Bostons.  Hanna's litter to TOPPER produced TWO show puppies!   My friend Lisa kept one and I have the other... Little "Bitty" featured further down the page.. Hanna has EXCELLENT breeding... and she is my kind of Boston.. GREAT bone structure and personaility PLUS.. Hanna will be bred this year to our champion Giggs..

LIZA

thats with a "Z"... Can you guess where her name came from?  Liza is our really old style girl... She is larger at 22 lbs and muscular and stocky.  She reminds me very much of the dogs my grandmother had in the 1940's and 50's. She is not a "show dog" by todays standards, by any means--but those "older" Boston lovers will understand what I see in her. I know that when crossed with our lovely, more refined boys, Liza is going to make some great puppies.  Liza's first litter to our Topper  was everything I thought it would be.  SOLID, well built puppies with more of Toppers refinement.  Her second litter to GIGGS was even better!   I kept a girl from that litter and named her "Judy" (only old timers will "get" this joke:-)

BITTY--- Is our beautiful girl out of TOPPER and HANNA. We will be showing her in the spring of 2012.  She is the newest addition to our Boston family.

ALSO... our "keeper" from Mr Magoo.  "Allie" is now with Angie McFarland in New Hampshire and we will be tracking her progress closely!  On the stud page... Gid's "Stormy" is her full brother.
